Cricket throwback

Today is my birthday but I had to work today so it has been sort of deferred until tomorrow. My daughter has invited us over for a meal. Part of my present is an invitation to play cricket for the local village team (these days I doubt if I would be selected on merit.) Though I used to be a keen batsman/wicketkeeper, I have not played for over 30 years! I thought it would be fun to emphasise the fact and go retro so I dug out my old gear and my Victorian Gladstone bag to look the part!
