Snug

I've given up on good packing. I packed more than I had for last week and I'm only away for 2 nights. Rach came to pick me and Mel up and an old man from up the street made absolutely every assumption he could of about us as we were packing the car. So he left thinking that me and Mel were sisters, Rach was our mum, we had both just finished uni and were moving out and we lived in Southampton... none of which is true.

We drove to Summer School (after getting lost). It is basically a big field with 2 massive industrial looking barn things on it. Me and Est got instructed to meet and great people as they arrive which meant walking back down the longest drive ever. Esther stopped to make friends with the cows and everyone seemed to arrive as we were still walking to the entrance (it took us about half an hour). We managed to usher in 1 person in the end. It was SO muggy and hot today it's insane so the walk back was a nightmare but Lewis ended up driving up behind us so we hitched a lift.

We all had lunch together, had our first meeting with Lewis, an hour and a half break! (us Relays aren't used to such long breaks we didn't know what to do with ourselves), table tennis, another meeting with Lewis on sanctification, BBQ for dinner, then we knitted and chatted into the evening with a brief car trip to try and find my lost phone.
