Entrepreneur

This is D, a colleague at one of the companies I work for. He is a University professor and I helped him to spin a company out of the University a couple of years ago. I'm still a director for them and work with them a day a month or so.

Recently the company won a prize from the University for it's impact, and this evening D invited a large group of people who have contributed to the development of the company to join him for a lovely dinner at Hotel du Vin to celebrate! Here D is saying a few words to thank everyone for their contribution.

It's been a good day too - the first board meeting for another company was very successful in setting the direction for our efforts, and I interviewed an interesting candidate for the Saltire Fellowship!
