Happy birthday Clarissa!

What a lot to celebrate today.

While Andy Murray worked his way through three sets to his win at Wimbledon half our party watched the match indoors, while the rest relied on the radio in ClarissaFox's garden. It was so hot - and what a contrast with this time last year!

We were there to celebrate Mrs Fox's half century. I also met DebsP in person for the first time. Happy birthday Clarissa!

No exercise today (unless you count Swingball) - too busy celebrating.
