A green scene in MZUZU

This pic, of a dambo, was taken at 12.05 today with ten others, but as yet no more have arrived. This area is a small part of a sixteen acre plot of land which is for sale just a few kilometres from the city.
At Wells for Zoe we feel that this could be a place where land less , mainly widowed women, could have an allotment free of charge, thus enabling them to feed themselves and their children.
The question now is: can we build a dam to store water here?
