Hatton Locks

This evening we met Maureen and Ian at the Hatton Arms for an evening drink or two outside in the warmth of yet another summer's day.

Before the drink we wandered down to Hatton Locks to have a look at the canal. Hatton Locks are a flight of 21 locks on the Grand Union Canal spanning 3.2km of canal. The spot nearest the pub is halfway between the series of locks; the picture is taken looking north.
