Prickly Plants #7

I love this one, it's so pretty. When the flowers first bloom the plant is not at all prickly, but by the time the flowers turn brown the leaves have hardened and are as prickly as the best of them!

It was impossible to get an in-focus shot today as the wind's blowing fiercely from the south and all my photos were slightly blurred!
