What a great day! Children leaping off the stand-up-paddleboard at Belhaven. Gordon, Katie and our pal Freya climbed on and jumped off again and again until they were finally exhausted. Fantastic fun!

The wind was a bit strong and so Malcolm and I had to take care where we ended up earlier with our snorkelling, and proper stand-up-paddleboarding was impossible - you are the sail! Kneeling and paddling worked.

The water was very clear today, and Malcolm was so excited to see a flounder doing its thing on the seabed when he set off with flippers and snorkel, I tried but wasn't so lucky.

Then a barbecue in the evening with Freya's family and great outdoors chat about the old drove roads which I've cycled for many years and they walk. It's really lovely to have a family in the street who do what we do!
