Blackberry Bee

We spent the morning shopping and opening a bank account for Helena. When we got home I went berry picking out back. I picked a big bowl of blackberries. I noticed that the bees were quite interested in the flowers that were still blooming among the berries. So when I was finished I got my camera and went bee hunting with camera. I got several that I liked and had a hard time choosing my favorite. Here is this big fat bee up close. I put the rest of the bee photos on Chaikins of Bellingham.
