Barbed-wire And Lichen

I've taken this shot several times over the past four months but never actually used it as a blip. Something else always seemed to crop up. I realised that there were a few barbed wire shots waiting so it was two days ago that this little series was launched.

This is the third in a Barbed-wire Blip Trilogy: Thurday was The Cute, thank you for your lovely comments and 5/5s, yesterday was The Mean, (again, thank you) and tonight is The Pretty!

Well, it's the end post of The Mean wire but tucked away in a corner where no one would hurt themselves on it (honestly, Shona) and, in a way, I suppose it's protecting the lichen. Instead of the wire being rusty brown its a pretty pale blue and lilac.
