Alpine Rivers …

… are really full after the winter snow melt. It was a very cold walk up the Nant Valley, one of my favourite places, this morning. After last night’s storm there was even more water around. The puddles making small mirrors refecting the mountains (extra). 
In the afternoon another friend popped round wanting to see the orchids in the small reserves of Pro Natura, near home. There are so many orchids at the moment, it’s wonderful. Before and between and after these walks was more hedge cutting. Feet finally up …
