21 Again

It was wife Anne's birthday today. As it happens, it coincided with our eldest son Matt being in Turkey with his girlfriend and family and daughter Danielle going to Thorpe Park with her friends - roller coaster rides etc. So me, Anne son Andy and girlfriend Beth went out for dinner at our favourite Indian restaurant and had a very pleasant evening indeed.

With thanks to the waiter for taking the photograph and the couple on the next table who were ducking to let the waiter get into position, and for their patience as I gave instructions.... "press the button half-way to focus.... no, no, half-way..... ok let me show you.... ok, perhaps I'll set the ..... ok, you have another go... that's it, no, no..... now press..... yes, hurray!". Now, was everyone smiling?! It was very amusing.
