Team manager training

Spent the day in Cardiff at WIS delivering team manager training to some of the unsung heroes of sport. The back stage guys and girls who manage sports teams up and down the country.

It's an unenviable job where you go unnoticed when things go right and blamed when they go wrong.

I helped develop the training programme a few years ago for Sport Wales and occasionally get the chance to deliver a session. Lovely to spend the day with such wonderful people who volunteer their time to benefit young people.
