Not going swimmingly

This is the incomplete new swimming pool and leisure centre being built on the Esplanade in Kirkcaldy. It was due to open this summer but delays to the £15.3 million project has meant that the new date for opening is projected to be sometime in late September.

I quite like the look of it and it is probably the only interesting architectural building built in the town since the nineteenth century. Many will probably disagree with me.

I couldn't wait for it to open to take my photo and afterwards I sneaked in and tried out the pool.
