Wired For Sound

Only time for a hurried blip during tonight’s Dress Rehearsal. These are a few of the “live” sound effects, which need to be “performed” at the appropriate time by our foley artist, Jackie, all in full view of the audience. In addition, there are some pre-recorded sounds - trains, stations, background music, etc. - which are played in from backstage by the tech team.
It all sounded pretty good as we did the full run tonight, so it bodes well for the performances, which start tomorrow.
Looking forward to seeing how our audiences react. Hopefully our changes of costumes and accent will enable them to differentiate between the various characters and follow the plot lines without getting confused…
