The Fern And Geranium Substitution

Today's image was supposed to be of an Hypericum (a.k.a St John's Wort) shrub at the side of our house as I'd  noticed a few days ago that it's golden yellow flowers were attracting a whole squadron of white tailed bees and thought I would come back to it later to capture it for a blip image.
However, when I returned it today I realised I'd left it too late as nearly all the flowers had been replaced by bright red berries meaning that the bees were no longer in attendance either.
Therefore, I had to seek an alternative and decided to bring this fern and geranium from our front garden off the substitutes' bench!
