Patron Saint of brides, charity workers, Portugal.
It has been a lovely day with rain, wind and colder outside than recently. It is 22.5c in the living room, a temperature I find comfortable.
I have cleaned all the downstairs rooms and Paul vacuumed upstairs.
He is persevering with the jigsaw of books. It is very difficult but he enjoys a good challenge!
I went to the Co op and bought some cornflakes. I put two big bags of porridge in the Church foodbank. I noticed 5p had suddenly been added to these items. I was going to rescue some bedding plants from the Co op, I mean buy some, but after seeing how thirsty and wasted they looked ,I decided not to risk it.
I am listening to Vianne, the part when she tries out the chocolate recipe. It is so enchanting and delightful.
I sowed some more salad leaves in the greenhouse.
Paul mowed the front lawn.
It is raining again and Downton Abbey is starting soon.
I'm going to watch Beechgrove Garden and Gardener's World later.
Enjoy your evening and thank you for dropping by blip friends.
