Ben settling sessions.

Carers from the new home came to fetch Ben at 11:30 today for a couple of hours, they gave him his lunch and did an insulin pump change. He seems very happy with them which is a relief. Apparently today he’s been playing in his new bedroom and testing the new mattress.. baby steps but positive.
Whilst he was out, I went to the tip, did some shopping, took the dog for a long walk and had a catch up with our lovely neighbour. It was a useful couple of hours!
Soon it will be the teatime/monopoly/bathtime portion of the day, so I’m trying to get ahead of the game!
