"Singing in the Rain"

After yesterdays Yellow Rose of Texas today we had the children Singing in the Rain.
First real rain for weeks here, we've had a couple of light showers but nothing substantial.
Today it was really nice until the afternoon. We were sitting outside having our dinner, Johanna Ruby and Eric were here too, and there was a little shower, it stopped. A few minutes later the heavens opened and a deluge of heavy rain poured down for about 20 minutes.
I had watered the garden this morning but a good burst of rain certainly won't do it any harm.
