Costa Del Maryport

A day at the coast and a nice walk on the beach to blow away the cobwebs.

Followed this with a nice cappuccino and cake at the marina cafe.

Had a sugar blip in the evening so didn’t go out. A couple of glucose tablets and a bowl of granola soon brought me round :-)
