Hunter having a peaceful stretch.
The Feast Day of Saint Willibald.
Born circa 700, in Wessex England.
Died 787. Eichstatt, Germany.
One of the most travelled of the Anglo-Saxon saints. He is considered to be the first English Saint to visit the Holy Land. This was in 725 in Jerusalem. He entered a Benedictine Abbey in Hampshire at the age of five. He miraculously recovered from plague. He was a missionary in Eichstatt.
Patron saint of grid makers, and the Diocese of Eichstatt.
The week has started sunny and windy. It is 19.7c in the living room.
I have been out shopping and then got on with the housework and Monday bed change and washing.
It is drying on the line in the strong wind.
I listened to online Mass from St Marie's in Sheffield.
I said the Rosary for world peace and my family and friends.
After lunch I will do some gardening and then reading.
It might rain by 2pm but it is only a 20% chance according to Google weather forecast.
Have a lovely Monday and thank you for visiting my site blip friends.
