As I who can't help but be Ruled by my antiquities

The walking is still going.

Am averaging 4500 - 5000 at work and making up the difference at night, unless we are at the Allotment, or some other fantastical thing stops me - i.e., being "tired".

Tonight I went up - an hour after eating and did 7 minutes, then 9 minutes and then 9 minutes.  It's so much easier with music.   I laughed when I looked at the side.

Vinyl, stereo, and a little iPod Shuffle.   Tonights music choices were Grand Master Melle Mel  - White Lines Don't do it (7 minutes 38 Seconds)  Thompson Twins, Into the Gap (4.45) , and Hold Me now  (  4.46)  And Simple Minds New Gold Dream (4.46) and Glittering Prize (4.45)

5 tunes and I was at 11,250.

Yay.

Don't you hate Facebook Market Place.

Sticks my old bike up.   First Hit

"Do you still have bike".
 "Yes",
 "will you deliver to Kilarmnock".
"No",
"Can you find someone who will deliver it to Kilmarnock".
"No"
"i will ask around for someone and get back to you".
"is it actually ridable", what kind of state is it in".
"ridable, 13 years old, used, a bit rusty".

Second Hit
"Do you still have bike"
"Will you accept £20"
"Yes, and yes".
"Can i pick it up tomorrow"
"Yes"

I hope and pray it's gone when I come home from work.  I did this once before and she actually text me and said she was 13 minutes away,   Never turned up.  Text the next night and Said "i'm on my way".  never turned up.   Text me again, and said "I drove up and down your street, but you never told me the number, I thought your street name was the house name.  I couldn't find it. and I never had your text to text you and ask you where you were (Texting me on the text she didn't have)....

I threw it in the bin and told her it was gone.
