Bribirska Glavica

For our last day here in Croatia we headed out off the beaten track and visited Bribirska Glavica. Sometimes called the Croatian Troy, this fantastic archaeological site has lots to see, pre-Roman, Roman, post-Roman and medieval archaeology and its mostly unexcavated so a lot left to the imagination. It’s set in a glorious hill top location and other than clouds of huge grasshoppers we had the place to ourselves. Good last visit!
