Tornado in the Shopping Centre

Today I went to a town called Nishinomiya, about 30 minutes away from my house on a 50cc motorbike.
I saw fishes in the 'mini mini aquarium', toys and junk parts in the second-hand shop, but I thought this photo was the most suitable for blip.
