Zinging zinnia

Grew some from an old packet of seeds and am so pleased with the result. I am amazed by the ring of yellow mini flowers along the centre edge, how pretty is that! 
Hot, but not so bad as yesterday. 

Last night I found my old mobile. The lithium battery in it had expanded and the back had burst open. I was keen to take it to the recycling centre today after reading about fires from unstable batteries.. Hazards are everywhere it seems!
