Piano town

Someone decided to place pianos all around town, a delightfully charming addition to our little town where these kind of displays are quite rare. As I sat in the car while Mom went into the grocery store, I heard a piano playing. It took me a while to realize that this was not normal, so I looked up from my iPhone to find the source. This guy, Jeremy, had sat down to tickle the ivory a bit. He played a Sublime song and a couple of others and I struck up a conversation that I otherwise would not have had.

This morning Mom and I went to the Ashley-Hudson parade with Grandma and Grandpa and had a chicken meal with them at the firehouse afterwards. We then met Jamie in Fort Wayne where we did some mother-daughter shopping. My cousin Jodie drove up from Indy this evening to spend the night and see me while I'm home, so we ordered pizza and hung out for the night.
