Tranquil (for now)

This is where we sit and eat, most evenings, and then read our books with citronella candles burning to ward off the mosquitoes. It's a lovely tranquil spot, the peace pleasantly interrupted occasionally by late night Pétanque players. 

This evening, we enjoyed the fresh pasta that we bought from the market, yesterday, for dinner, washed down with Aperol Spritz, which is something I've acquired a taste for this holiday. 

However, Hannah, Izzy, Milly, and Izzy's boyfriend, Nate, arrive tomorrow, so I expect our evenings will be a little less tranquil next week :-)
