J & A and the Dunmore Pineapple.

Today we had the enormous pleasure of J & A’s company for the day. After baking brownies and cookies (delicious!) we lunched out. Later we visited the Pineapple. This “folly” was built in the 18th century as part of the walled garden for the nearby Big House. The garden area is now mostly grassed over so there is more than enough space for two active youngsters to run themselves ragged!
We managed to dodge the rain, including one very heavy downpour when in the car returning home.
