Colour in the garden
Mr C has successfully escaped from the mandatory 24 hour supervision by me. He’s been fine and has suffered no discomfort and slept well. I, on the other hand, was awake with the leg pain every hour. Consequently I’m a bit wabbit today.
I had the hour with the sports and soft tissue therapist this morning. A good £35’s worth. He loosened off the tight muscles and instructed me to continue to walk as far as I can and do the exercises. He thinks the hour driving from the hospital yesterday won’t have helped.
It’s rained on and off so it was nice that Katy called round for a cup of tea. They’d like us to join them for a few days when they are away in their van. We have children to stay and other appointments but might manage 2 nights if they haven’t gone too far.
I’m reading “How the World made the West” by Josephine Quinn. It’s a big book but 100 pages are notes. I might have it on the go with a work of fiction.
Thank you all for your kind messages of support yesterday, and the stars and hearts.
