Hare-Brained

Noah went rushing about in a cornfield and wouldn't come out. I tried walking away, but that didn't work. I heard some little yelps, so I headed back up the track - and saw a hare dash out of the cornfield, across the track, and into the maize. Noah appeared a few seconds later, but had no idea where the hare had gone, so he just ran around madly, following all the hare-scents except the fresh one. Afterwards he had a couple of drinks and a lie down. Then he detected another animal in the corn, and off he went again...  The blip is him returning from his second run. 

Radish used to love chasing the hares in these fields, and he was terrible at keeping track of where they went too.

Extra: Noah bounding into the wrong field - the hare went into the green maize past the hedge, Noah went from one corn field to another.

As a side note - corn is getting shorter all the time. This year it doesn't even come up to my knee.
