~Downtown Sounds~

Spent today shopping for my son Brent’s birthday which is tomorrow and shopping for food for a BBQ on Saturday.
Went to training at 5. A few things I couldn’t do because of my fall Sunday but had a really good workout non the less.
After training Denise and I met up with Dianne and Mike for downtown sounds.
