Slateford Honey

Eight jars of honey. Courtesy of the honey bees in our garden and the efforts of Ecodad. What a journey. It’s primarily rapeseed but they’ve obviously been at the lime trees as well. Lovely stuff. It’ll be getting slathered all over some freshly baked bread later.

Ecodad extracted the honey yesterday so I picked it up this morning before heading in to meet an old pal for a coffee and a natter then pick up Ruby from Kelda’s place.
