A Good Bird Day

There was lots to see in the garden this morning when I was doing my count. I counted 5 Greenfinches, which I think is the most we’ve had at one time, and Goldfinches were eating the flower seeds as well as visiting the feeders. Swifts which we don’t normally get in our vicinity were hawking so low over our garden that I felt justified in adding them to the garden list. We had a second look at a house this afternoon and have put in an offer. Fingers crossed.
