Art Day

Another session of playing with cyanotype at my friend’s outdoor studio—four of us sparking off each other and seeing where this medium can go. I’m still pretty conservative, using plants from my garden and experimenting with layering. Basically you make a big sandwich: backing board, treated fabric, stuff you want to make designs with, topped with clear plexiglass to keep it together. It’s still at the magic stage for me.
