Jobs around the house first. Putting things in their correct place, cleaning, and splitting some of yesterday’s chilled food purchases into portion sizes for the freezer.

The weather forecast didn’t correspond with what I saw outside. I decided not to go out until the afternoon and when that came it was still dull. Instead of a walk I went through this year’s blips tidying the text and deleting some extras. Then I watched some old tv on iPlayer.

At 3 o’clock I went to look for a blip in the garden. The cranesbill won over the wild strawberries. I’m sure they are a lighter pink than in the photo.
