Berwickshire…

…..to the Medical Centre to discuss some abnormal blood pressure readings with the Nurse Practitioner. It transpires the fancy-dan computerised device used last time is a bunch of cockwomble and my BP, taken using the old fashioned method, is completely normal.

Then I travelled across the scorched plains of Roxburghshire and Berwickshire for a much postponed Bliptmeet on the coast. Lovely catching-up on a wide variety of topics including the excellent choice of ice-cream available locally. I do like to be beside the sea-side.

Then to Embra for a Scouter meeting, mercifully held over a beer or two.

After, I tumbled into bed, tired but happy.
