Squeezed a bee hive inspection into my busy day this morning with Lynne and Deborah.  The bees were amazing as usual and it was lovely chatting with the bee team.

Although our priority was to identify the queen, which we failed to do...  the colony looks healthy and happy, with capped brood and lots of bees, so we are assuming she is in there somewhere.

Very happy to collect my friend Amanda's  Ella from the train station tonight who has come to spend a few nights in Cambridge.  It was a bit full on, straight away off to our local Indian Restaurant with our friends, and now out with Ben and Sophia for a nightcap at The Waggon.
