Working carefully

Mr H worked with daughter J with some of timber I had saved from many years ago to produce a number of beautiful well crafted wooden items, which they gave me for my birthday. 

He enjoyed that so much he has designed something he wanted to produce for his mother's coming birthday. Working with totara, one of Aotearoa's hardest native woods, he is finding it hard and slow going.
