Making ice cream,
Today a coffee flavour using ground coffee beans, fiddly but worth it. The machine blipped is a few plus years old, a basic model which just about does the job. Following a post by a fellow blipper a few weeks ago I am looking at a modern machine, no decisions made yet, I understand it is very good.
After eating this evening we had to do a taster of the coffee ice cream, along with a PX sherry poured over it. Apparently affogato is an Italian word which means drowned in…. Sherry, or usually an expresso. It was very good, Bobbie girl commandeered Johns dish, see extra
