These wood pigeons weren't cooing, just billing. Touching really as they mate for life.

I photographed the helicopter in extras around lunchtime. It made a few lowish passes over here and I thought at first it was the police as they have Eurocopters. It belongs to a property developer who is very interested in aviation, Spitfires in particular.
