Only You - Filterama Challenge

I saw this from the rooftop of the local shopping centre.
I'm hoping it was a reference to the Platters song, and I hope whoever it was meant for saw it.
The filter is cross process.

I was unable to post the before photo. Couldn't work out how to do the collage thing, though I've done it before.
And too busy backing up photos as the macair, which has become the preferred computer, has a full disk.
