Garden goings-on

It got very late tonight and I realised I hadn't taken any photos today as the time was taken up helping out a friend. I decided to take a look in the garden and found this small weevil on one of the sedums. I think it is Otiorhynchus sulcatus, commonly known as Vine Weevil, and said to be a 'troublesom garden pest'. I ignored that information and let it be...hoping that something bigger might come along and despatch it in the night.
