Vietnamese dining in Ekoda

There is a Vietnamese restaurant, Maimai, in Ekoda. It is run by a Japanese lady. She's been to Vietnam several times, have written books on Vietnamese food. The restaurant looks authentic Vietnamese (though I've never been to Vietnam) and is popular.

Recently (perhaps a year or more ago), she opened this restaurant very close to Maimai which has Vietnamese as well as food from Laos. This restaurant looks a bit funny because the dining rooms are small, looks like temporarily constructed in metal and they are all fixed by nuts and bolts onto a concrete floor.
