Sunset

Saturday started off very wet so I had a bit of a tidy up of my jewellery making boxes and started experimenting with some new design ideas.

By early afternoon the rain had gone, the sky cleared and we had a lovely afternoon and evening. I spent a couple of hours starting to tidy up the narrow garden which runs down the side of the garage, this will be an ongoing project!!

Butterflies, bees, hover flies, wasps and house martins a plenty - I also heard the plaintive call of the Curlews this evening whilst taking photos of the colourful sunset.
