So. I got myself a training plan on Runkeeper that has me running at different paces and lengths of time every second day. For the first time, I've actually managed to stick at it. I ran continuously for 35mins tonight. 3.54 miles around St Andrews. That's the furthest I've done in my life. Not even when I was running cross country at school did I manage to get that far.

Starting to consider the pipe dream of running a half marathon for charity. It could happen. Especially now I've found a fantastic stretch to avoid shin splints.
