Caged dandelion

I’ve had my eye on this corral made of light for a while but it’s elusive. It requires the houses on either side not to be casting a shadow (so early afternoon), the sun to be quite low in the sky (so autumn or spring) and not skulking behind cloud, and no-one to have parked a car here.
