Wherever there is litter or bin overflow, whenever someone vomits in the gutter outside a pub the machine will be there at 06:20 the next morning, fearlessly spraying a thin stream of foul-smelling water against the kerb, flicking discarded bottles into the exact position where they most inconvenience cyclists and creating a really loud rumbling noise that probably wakes everyone up.
