'Impact'

Again tonight the water balloons came out. Here is Dylan taking the first direct hit for the night, milliseconds after impact.

Five minutes later both kids were absolutely wet through.

The thunderstorms that we were promised have been a real fizzer, nothing but a couple of claps of thunder and a few drops of rain, hardly enough to wet the ground, but just annoying enough to come just as the clothes were hung out to dry on the line.

Work finished for the year now and a couple of weeks break will be heaven.
