We are so excited that this recipe book has arrived! We love the nom nom paleo website and have had enjoyed a few recipes from it.

Off to London this weekend to watch the 'Battle of London', Europe's largest Crossfit competition. We're driving down with a few members of our box overnight. I'm off for a sleep now to get ready for the drive. Hope I can sleep, so excited!
