Sharp

After 2 days of unwellness I am now able to eat properly again thank goodness. Here are some tomatoes of various colours. Some of the green tiger skinned ones were a bit firm to the touch so I predicted the taste may be a bit sharp. I decided to give them a little sticky balsamic treatment to add some sweetness and it seemed to work without taking the taste of the fruit away.

As I made dinner I was listening to a bit of Doobie Gray- 'Out on the Floor'. Sad to see earlier during a little internet research that he died back in 2011 in Nashville.
